Bank of Who?



A branch manager of Bank of America in Gaffney, South Carolina, took bank policy to new extremes by removing small flags that had been placed in the ground in front of their bank. The lady who had placed the flags did so to honor a fallen Marine from that town.

Corporate offices say that the flag is flown at branches and that the flags were put back up in time for the Marine's funeral procession.

My beef with this, why in the world would anyone accept a policy that would dishonor our soldiers? Why could that manager not look the other way for a couple of days? What kind of patrons do they have at their bank that would be displeased by the placement of flags in honor of our soldiers?

Bank of America can apologize all that they want, but the damage is already done. That's what happens to corporations who lose their heritage - they spit upon their country, take billions in bailouts, and then say, "Who me?"

Go check out your local branch of the Bank of Con-America and see if they are flying the flag or not. Let them know what you think, and post your photos here.
